Hi,
Iam an Elctronics & Telecomm engineer with MBA in Marketing.
I have a total work experience of 10 years plus.
Started as a Sales Executive and became a Senior Manager in 10 years.
Have worked in MNC’s throughout and been awarded/acknowledged for my performance in the past 10 years.
My concerns are are below:-
1. Tough phase in my job since I have joined this company (May 2017).
2. Demotion in April 2019 from Senior a manager to Manager. Role and position changed from Sr. Marketing Manager to Manager.
3. Had to resign in May 2019 due to co. Politics and currently jobless.
4. 20+ interviews since Jan 2019, but not getting an offer letter/joining letter. Reach till the final round and then for some or the other reason don’t get selected. This is common with all the 20+ interviews.
5.When will I be able to get a job. Its creating stress and tension and financial loss.
6.Will the job be good for my career growth and financial aspect?
7.I face a lot of hurdles, rejections and slowness in everything I do. I don’t get anything in the first attempt, need to struggle and put blood and sweat to get the work done.
Iam seeking remedies also which I can perform to maintain my career growth.

First and foremost, for those who understand Nakshatra Nadi. You have several 11s through all of your mahadashas and antardashas in your PL,NL,SL. So my advice to you put in the effort and do not ask many astrologers for help. Leave astrology alone and put in effort in education, improving your communication skills, intellect, and your work skills. You have a very good chart with lagna lord in 1st in own sign and the owner of 10th (job). Also your ego is killing you! and will destroy you in your entire life if you do not let it go. You might be more knowledgeable then others at work, you might have your details better then others, but you project very coincided self confidence, and egotistical nature that is bringing you tremendous loss. Thanks for the comments/suggestions. I have no knowledge of Nakshatra Nadi, plz share the knowledge and explain what is the meaning of several 11’s in Mahadasha, Antardasha in PL,NL and SL.
Let me share that I do not have ego in terms for showing off and pulling other people down. On the contrary What ever success I have achieved in my professional field is all because of sharing the knowledge and learning from others.
In my current role I was micromanaged, personal remarks and fickle mind of my senior from day 1, which i feel was not favorable for me. Though I tried a lot to get adjusted in the environment presented to me but fate and destiny had other plans. I should have been more proactive and tried to sense the negative wave coming much before.
Though I don’t blame any1 for it, but only myself. It gave me a great learning for the entire life and I would ensure I don’t fall in such a trap again.
My concern is now when Iam trying to come out of the mess, Iam not getting success. Interviews in well known organizations go well till the last round and in the last round I don’t get shortlisted for some or the other reason.
I don’t want to waste the knowledge I have and the learnings I have by not being in a job. I want to mentor a team where I can be the anchor for the young team members and develop them.
Should I follow any remedy? Mantra/Japa by which i can come out of the mess?
About marriage, Iam looking for a certain type of partner( well educated, family is well off and educated, modern outlook and traditional mindset). But unable to find one. I have given up on marriage since a year.
Iam wearing an Emerald since 8-9 years in my little finger. It was 2.5 carat in Silver till 2 years back. Got it upgraded to 4.5 carat in Gold.
I have been advices to wear Blue Saffire for Pacifying Saturn as it’s in 3rh house which belongs to Jupiter and recently advices to wear Hesonite as Rahu is in 8th house( which is of suddenness).
I have not started wearing those as my inner self is not allowing me to go ahead( as both the planets are male fic and cause adverse effect if the stones are not favorable).
Kindly advise on the above.

I would stay away from Blue Sapphire, it will increase your oppositions/enemies and struggle. Also, Ra in 8th gives you good research capabilities, but do not wear a gemstone for Ra, it will compel you to do illegal work which could get you even more in trouble. Yellow Sapphire (as Sujit suggested) and Emerald should be the only two gemstones that are safe for you to wear. Its possible that you are not egotistical in your mind, but the projection to the external world comes off as egotistical. So again, take some classes on behavior or coaching ...you are sub consciously projecting arrogance, which you must tame and project humility. Only then things will change in your favor.
