I am seeking guidance regarding Job change in the same company I.e. under different section department. For last 4 plus years I am working in Engineering area and was also taking part time courses in Data Science field.
But Due to Reorganization in my current department, we are still not sure about the future vision and hence I tried looking for change in the same company, Little different role with Machine and Data Science background. I will be going through final interview round on June 25th.
So, I am seeking some guidance about taking the decision about this job/ role change to other division in the same company I am working for since 2009. Please give me some direction!
