I'm working abroad since May, 2003, but due to job issue I had to return to India in Sep 2018.
After that I secured another job abroad, but there's an issue cropped up in that also.
Could someone please see if there's any indication of job issues in my chart now ?
When will I get a job next and return abroad ?
Any input would be highly helpful.

So funnily enough vedic astrology considers benefic placements related to career to give you success at home country, so it become ironic in today's age where success in career is oftentimes seen as going abroad for a well-paying job.
Now Jupiter, Venus are benefics in conjunction with the lord of the 10th, Mercury. These are also aspected by Saturn, Moon from 9th house in taurus. So Moon represents mother and mind, saturn in this case represents some delay to this moon in its own sign, hence as they are aspecting your third house (where 10th lord sits with your MD and AD planets) they have taken you back home.
But fear not, this is merely a setback, the planets involved here are benefic and well-placed. Until December this year it'll be tough as it's the Sun's prantyar and it is debilitated in the 2nd house, but after that things will improve again and you have strong chances of a foreign job around june of next year in the Rahu Prantayar.

Thanks a lot for your insightful analysis. So far, it's going as per your prediction. I got a job in May 2019 in India, but none abroad so far. Since my Jupiter-Venus-Rahu just started 2 days back and it continues till Mid Nov, 2019, so as you said, I should expect something abroad during this time. Let's see.
