I am facing some serious workplace conflicts right now with my direct manager. If the relationship doesn't improve I might have to think of changing my job. Can someone please tell me if this is a temporary thing or if I should think of changing the job? I am at a stage in career where continuous 2 year experience is required for me. I also have bought a new car a month ago and I save less which makes me a bit insecure to leave the job. Besides I worry what if similar thing happens where ever I go next? So I want to stay. But conflict with manager is making my life like hell and not seems to end even if I am not actively pursuing the conflict. Communication gap induced misunderstanding is the reason for conflict.

Guys my career is in tatters. Any help will be appreciated. I have been unemployed since 08/23. I got a job for a week from 11/11 to 11/20. I have great skills. I had always thought I will rise in my career. My chart is also decent. There are so many raj yogas. Why are they not working? Why am I struggling so much? Any comments will be much appreciated.
