Can't find search box

One of my posts on Venus debilitation in navamsa is disapproved stating the topic has already been discussed. I do not see a search box where I can search for previous discussions on this topic. Pls help.

For some strange reason, the search button is sometimes available when not logged in, so you can use that as a work around while we investigate the reason.

1.Search box is available on signing out. It is not visible after signing in.
2.Not able to post anything and all that possible is quick reply.
