I have debilitated lagna lord (Mercury) in 7th house. Is it bad for my married life and can it cause any issues for my wife?
Or is the debilitation cancelled due the placement of Mercury in Kendra?

Lagna lord is nothing to do with 7th house matters.your mercury even though under neecha gives good effects to 2-10-1-5-4-8th house significations.you have foreign connection partner.Pre-marital affairs are seen from your chart.

Mars close conjunction with Rahu, very close in degrees. Exalted Sun trine Jupiter - Rahu and Sun freeze Mars and Jup resp. Exchange of houses between Mars and Sun fortify the 8th house and 12th house respectively while impacting Jupiter (7th lord) negatively.
8th and 12th lords strong and simultaneously weakening Jupiter, presence of Rahu further compounds matter
7th house had debiliated Mercury which obtains no neecha bhanga
