Good day to you Zinkiri,
you are born on a Tuesday , the Day of Mars , the Hora lord is Mars , the Janma Nakshatra lord is Mars, the Kala lord is Mars. the 5th Lord is Mesha whose Lord is Mars. the 8th lord is in the nakshatra of Mars. In the natural Zodiac the rashi which signifies the reproductive organs is scorpio which is ruled by Mars. Mars is posited in scorpio. You know well, how Mars is a significator for invasive procedures and treatments.
The significator of children is Guru, who is retrograde, In a enemy sign ,in the 6th house with a Exalted 8th lord who consider's Guru his enemy . He is aspected by the 12th lord Mars from the the 12th. In the D7 chart this Guru is placed along with a Debilitated Rahu. in the navamsha this Guru is debilitated and is in the 8th house with the 8th lord. It is safe to say the significator is affected and not placed well .
Ketu who is in the 5th is a known trouble maker who creates mysterious afflictions to the body. this Ketu is Debilitated in the D7 chart .the 5th is a Agni rashi , posited by the explosive and hot Ketu . In the natural zodiac 2 fiery planets posit scorpio, this is know to burn the ovum due to excessive heat.the lagna itself is in a agni Rashi. the 5th house is aspected by Lord shani , who is a significator of Tumours from the 8th house.
In the D7 the lagna has shifted just 2minutes and 33 secs earlier . if we take Makara to be the lagna then the 5th house would be Taurus which is posited by a debilitated Ketu. with a lagna lord being in the 6th in a Parivarthana yoga. If we take the lagna to be Dhanu then the lagna lord would be in the 12th with the 8th lord Chandra being in the 5th house . the "Bhagya Sthana ' ie the 9th house lord is debilitated in the D7.
It is my opinion that the afflicitions are too great to the significators and the significations of the 5th house and medical intervention might be of minimal use . Even if you suceed in getting Pregnant and make it to the full term , a cesarean delivery is for sure. even after a safe delivery , it remains to be seen if the child will be healthy or not .
I suggest you take another take another medical opinion and then rethink the I.V.F treatment.
I am no authority however . please take as many opinions as you can before you come to a conclusion.

Karaka for children Guru is in the lagna and is exalted in the Navamsa. looks good on the Face of it ...................... but,
Lord Shani's aspect on the lagna and the 5th lord has caused a put a spanner in the works. he is the badaka lord for this lagna and is a natural enemy of the lagna lord. he is also the natural enemy of the 5th lord Ravi . one more point I would like to highlight is that ,for this lagna the fifth lord Ravi considers Ketu as his bitter enemy and Ketu returns the favour. the conjunction and the fact that he is in ketu's nakshatra is not good. I am well aware that Ravi is in his deep exaltation point and that this point is in Ashwini Nakshatra but in my experence and opinion, Ravi does better in Kritika Nakshatra because he owns that Nakshatra. I need more examples to renforce my point though , so I will keep it as my personal opinion. ( the five fold friendship chart shows that Ketu is his bitter enemy for this lagna)

I know from experience that Lord Shani in the 5th does not grant children(even though its his own house). From the Chandra lagna in the D7 the 5th house is Simha , a Barren sign , a fiery sign and this sign is posited by Ketu who as we all know is a obstructor for the signification of that house . my school of thought says that Ketu is a karaka for abortions, something which has been proved time and again.

I feel a sense of resignation dawning over you. you must ignore it and seek another medical opinion. Medicine is also a parihara or a remedy . do not lose heart . God can pull any stunt he likes at any time .

Zinkiri , please dont say that . Please seek another opinion . I am not the final authority on these things . today's science can do everything other than bringing back the dead . please dont feel defeated . give it a try . please. I am a pessimist at heart so my analysis is tinged with a shadow of Pessimism . sorry about that .

This isn't a reason for despair: you could always adopt a child, or indeed several. Lots of people do. It may not be the "Indian Way" today, but its a practical solution. Actually, it often was the Indian Way, especially among ruling families in the past-quite normal.

There is no problem in Zinkari or her husbands chart that denies child. Zinkari has yoga for two children, first one is a female and second one a male. I dont think any artificial procedure is needed. Just ask your husband to visit Shani temple and offer prasad. Also ask him to chant Rahu mantra. Ask him to do this for till Mid May and continue trying.
Although you yourself have no denial, but Santhan Gopal mantra will help you complement your husband's prayers.

Dear Zinkari,
It is not any one factor in any aspect of horoscope that governs the outcome of the query. For e.g. Just because Ketu is in 5th does not mean it will be 1 kid etc. Other factors have to confirm to this.
In your horoscope if someone looks at it, 5th lord mars is combust and in 12th. Ketu in 5th. Immediately looks like it is not possible. But look at putrakaraka Mercury, it is strong and in lagna. Also Mars the 5th lord is aspected by Exalted Moon and Jupiter.
Secondly look at D-7. Since the lagna is Even, take the analysis counter clockwise and check 5th house and add 3 houses again for further children, until you come across nodes where the sequence ends.
Your problem is Retro Jupiter which is also a karaka for children, but the not the only one. But still the other significations are good, so you will have a child and a normal healthy and a good child. So need not worry.
Regarding Saturn, Even if you guys can find a hanumanji temple that would be great. If not your hubby can chant shani mantra 108 times daily apart from Rahu mantra that is actually a mantra to pray Maa Durga.
Keep smiling and dont get depressed. It is the state of mind at the time of conception that will drive the mindset of the child. I am not sure what drove you to IVF and other treatments. But if you feel ok to share, please share here or drop me a message. I can have a look at your charts and see if there is really a problem in that area. So far so good, I dont see any probs in yours or your hubbys chart.
