Does the Gaja-Kesari yoga will be nullified if the person's ascendant is tarus or libra? If not, could you please shed some light on below given chart like when this person will enjoy the fruits of this yoga?

The lagna is Taurus. Guru is in the 2nd , thus there is no GajaKesari yoga from the Lagna. Guru is placed in the 10th from the Moon and so there is a potential GajaKesari Yoga from the Moon. but, Guru is in his natural enemies sign, is conjunct with a natural Malefic, and is debilitated in the Navamsha. though Guru gets a Neecha Bhanga in the Navamsha the lord of the Rashi where the Neecha bhanga occurs is again Debilitated thus rendering the N.B.R.Y. infructuous. more over in the navamsha Guru is with Ketu thus tainting his Character.Guru receives no Benefic aspect. Guru might be strong in the Shadbala and the Astakavarga but he does not satisfy the rules that are laid down for this yoga to act . thus in my opinion the native will not reap the benefit of this yoga.

thank you, astroboy. JH software showed that there is a Gaja-Kesari yoga, but from your response it looks like there is no question of gaja-kesari yoga based on all other combinations.
JH software shows that the below given person has malavya yoga, could you please confirm that? If at all this is a valid yoga, from when this person will have good time?

Please Understand that the Graha's participating in the yoga are Chandra and Guru . the state of both the planets should be strong for this Yoga to function. here Chandra is debilitated , and Guru is with a first rate Malefic Rahu and a natural malefic Kuja. there is no benefic aspect on Guru and more over he is in the Dusthana from the lagna. it is there fore my opinion that this yoga is null and void.
In your wife's chart the yoga occurs in the lagna which is posited by the 12th lord Budha who is a enemy of Guru. moreover for Tula lagna Guru is a Malefic so the G.K.Y. does not hold good. however there is a parivarthan yoga between Guru and Shukra , how good it is , I cannot say.

I would like to thank for your prompt reply. Well, i think you have taken wrong chart in my wife's case. My wife has 12th lord is mars and she has Tauras lagna. Might you have put the time 06: 11am instead of 06:11 pm.

My take is that Guru is in exaltation no doubt , but he is in his enemies nakshatra with his enemy Budha , this would curb the full potential of the yoga . If he was in Punarvasu he would have faired better.moreover he is at the edge in a Gandanta nakshatra at 29.41. this would weaken him considerably. But a exaltation will give some Benefic results however blemished the planet is .

I came to this earth 16 days after you in the same place as you , in the same month as you and in the same year as you . so take it from me , I preety well know what the Status of Guru is .
Guru is the lord of the 4th and the 7th , but he is a enemy of the lagna lord. Guru earns N.B. in two ways 1. by being with the planet of exaltation 2.by being in a Kendra from the Moon . another factor is that he is in the nakshatra of the moon and the moon is in the nakshatra of Guru. However he is the badaka lord for the lagna and he is in the 5th which is his karakartwa. you must remember that kuja is the worst planet for kanya lagna, his presence. they share a Neutral relationship at best and this does not help matters as kuja takes the lead and hammers Guru. Guru being the weaker of the two Succumbs to Kuja's plans . Do you have children ? . the raja yoga will be weak at best because the participants in this drama are the moon and Guru. this chandra is aspected by Lord Shani blemishing the Raja yoga . A neecha bhanga is like giving a artificial limb to a man without a leg , the best he can do is walk , but running a race is out of the question. a Raja yoga come only after you get screwed first . what is the fun in that ? for example ........ if the 7th lord is debilitated and earns a N.B.R.Y. , all things being equal he might experience a absolutely devastating Divorce and then the raja yoga grants him a new girlfriend . what is the fun in that ?

so I was right ,Guru Did not give you the anticipated results , Its not only because if the 2/12 position of Rahu but because Guru's position is not good enough to make the results of the yoga stick on . and Rahu likes to give something new after taking the old back . . more over Rahu will act like the 12th lord which means you lose everything and leave Indian shores.
the Dhana yoga will not kick in unless this dasha is over because Shani is the 6th lord in the 12th house of loss . the reason you are still afloat is because , from chandra lagna the 10 lord is in the 11th . the next dasha of Budha will give you the results of the Dhana yoga .
the vipareeta raja yoga will work in this dasha but not to the full extent because Shani is in his enemies house and mildly combust .

A Fully potential Gaj-Kesari yoga is formed when Jupiter is in his own house/Mooltrikona/Exalted in good angles with Moon. Rest all give partial/conditional results.
