Many times i get angry on small issues and olny after some time i get calm down is it due to this combination

Yes i feel many times too aggressive on small issues but i realise my mistakes immediately
Feels sometimes depressed
What could be the remedy to pacify the ill effects of this combination and improve the good one i will be very grateful ma'am if you reply
