I am facing issues of job loss - a pattern every year . Though I am always able to enter reputed MNCs, soon there is an issue and results in exit.
Analysing my D10 chart . i have my 10th lord from main kundali, moon , debilitated in 10th house. however it is conjuct D10 lord saturn , which is yogakaraka for me (libra ascendant in D1) as well D10 ascendant lord . also there is venus conjunction and an aspect of Mars from 4th house . Also i see ketu in 10th house in main chart .
Can anyone assess which planet is causing the real trouble for me here ? I have mainly issues with authorities.
Please advise me on which God to pray for to sustain my job. I pray to God Vishnu and krishna but wish to know more specific wrt my chart .

you are saying that saturn is yogakaraka for libra is a general rule but the outcome of such saturn varies with his placement in natal and in other divisional charts too.In your case saturn under the influence of 8-12 lords and also nodes.such yogakaraka placed badly in 4th house from lagna.Eventhough it is his own house.why ? is your question.saturn in 12th from his mooltrikona sign aquarius.

I have been in three jobs as of now
1. Current job with an Investment Bank as Risk analyst- Joined 15 Feb 2018 - My manager wants me to discontinue giving performance issue as the reason despite there are other under-performing people in my team. he is making me the scapegoat of his faults .
2. job with a leading company in insurance - joined july 2016 - resigned in feb 2017 - reason - lot of politics against me in the team and unnecessary pressure . My manager was later fired and blacklisted from industry for 5 yrs as he made illegal dealings during demonetization time in India.
3. Job with bank in insurance - joined july 2015 - resigned feb 2016 - reason - i was told i was not competitive enough.
Following challenges i face at work -
1. my colleagues either think of me as too competitive or too gullible at times . i am not able to trust anyone and that makes me a little reserved.
2. my bosses think i am too straight forward/anxious and volatile and dont take responsibility
3. Its always so hard for me to maintain good health and it always feels as if i am on survival stage .
The feeling of being in the wrong career haunts me the most .
Can you suggest which field is most suitable for me ?

You lost the job in Mercury-Ketu-Venus[V.D] Anter Dasha Lord Ketu in 10H aspected by Saturn the 5L which is actually the lord of 8th house from 10H. Venus the pranter dasha lord in 5H[ 8th from 10H]. In D-9 again Venus the pranter Dasha lord in 5H[8th from 10H] and Ketu in 7H with 8th lord and 5L [D-9] Mercury .
Your Jupiter is good and has taken you to banking.
Current antara of Ketu is likely to bring hurdles for you to land a job.

2-suppose if they believe my words/prediction as an astrologer,they cant cause inconvenience to some 100's of passengers that already booked their tickets in advance.suppose if they arrenage alternative flight,their destiny just transferred from Lion to other airliner.so you cant alter the destiny just by changing the airliner.
3-Immediately they can arrest me and interrogate me about my said information. It is highly possible that they may also suspect me that i belong to some terrorist group and planned for air crash.
