Let me give more details,

I was in love with a girl. She broke up with me without any faults from my side. It was really disappointing for me.
After moving on from that incident, now I'm in love with a girl in my office ( same organization but different department). She is a good friend for me with mutual respect. I proposed her but she told she is not having same feeling for me but didn't reject my proposal strongly. But she is really nice to me.
I'm seriously in confusion whether she'll accept me in future or nor ?
