I have been in this job for more than 15 years and I love to work here. I am at a middle management position within the company. Till 2015, I had good work opportunities and resultant growth but now my career path has become rather slow wherein new opportunities are not coming my way in the form of work projects plus senior management of the company including my boss do not notice me for further leadership positions.
My ascendant lord is in the 8th house along with the tenth lord. Is this the reason for delays and obstacles in my career path? Can my career be improved through any gemstone?
