Saturn exalted Jupiter debilitated, bhagyaUday?

Hey everyone,would love some insights on this - have been trying to understand astrology so using my chart to grasp it since I can line up events in retrospect.

Time: 8:13 AM
Place: Rohtak, Haryana, India

I have a beginners grasp on charts but aspects are beyond my understanding. I would love to know the positioning of my Saturn. As you can probably see, it's exalted in libra at 20 in sixth house in natal; it's in 10th house airies in Navamsa, and in D10 it's in 9th house of Sag. I don't know how any other planets are aspecting it. Is it in good standing? saturn is my amatyakaraka . Also, mr Saturn is Retrograde in natal and it's going to retrograde in a month and I'm going to enter my Saturn Dasha in 2 months...how is this going to effect me?

Additionally I have come to understand that Jupiter is not my best friend in this lifetime (in scorpio in 9th house - natal) but I would love to know how debilitated it is. It seems to be in good place in navmsa since it's in gemini in 3rd house. and in d10 its in 3rd house again but in aries.

Also I see that Venus is pretty strong in my chart but I will probably never go through Venus dasha so that's a lost cause it seems. Venus is also my atmakaraka and my asc lord.

Does anyone know how to calculate BhagyaUday from Jaimini Astro? if so what is it or should I say WHEN is it?

What's the current transit of Rahu/Ketu effects on the chart? Is rahu or ketu good in my chart? I see that most planets in my natal are exalted, including these two - what does that mean? how would that effect the current transit?

your actual bhagyodaya ignites from your next birth day after [acc to jaimini's navamsa method].That is after 25-4-2020.The delay in your bhagyodaya is due to ketu in 9th and jupiter is conjucted with rahu in jaimini's navamsa.your mer is under mars aspect in JD9 chart is also a cause for your bhagyodaya pause.If mer is not under mars aspect,your bhagyodaya will be at 2016 but unfortunately he is under affliction.so it delayed.JD9 showing some short gains at your 22nd year too.In JD9 chart both your sun-jupiter are under affliction.This is one more cause for delay.Anyhow you are lucky after your next birthday onwards financially.
