Is the marriage restricted or delayed for this chart?Upapada and Venus are ill placed from Arudha Lagna.Does it lead to monk life?

Upapada and Venus are well placed from Arudha Lagna..no monk life.Not restricted.some normal delay is there.

Upapada in 6th house and Venus are bad as per Jaimini....

yes but every rule has an exception.your 6th house placed UL has MK-venus with aspects from your AMK-PK jupiter and mars.so this leads to your love marriage with the happy consent of your parents.
