Hi members of the forum I have got UL in the 4th house from Lagna does this mean I will marry someone whom my mom will ask me to marry?And one more thing is there something like vargottama UL also I have the same Upapada Lagna in Saggitarius(Dhanu) in both Rasi as well as Navamsa chart any thoughts on this please...?

Single fact is not enough for proper judgement. Both D1 and D9 are used to read about your tropic.

UL in D-1 has a meaning & A12 in D-9 has entirely different meaning. In your case UL is aspected by your Lagna, 7th house, 10th house. See all the Graha's & then decide.
