No job since 2015

I have done BE, MBA, UGC. Plus I have taught for around 11-12 years. I left job in 2015. Since then I am struggling hard some time for taking tuition classes, some times for guest faculty jobs. But I end up getting paid almost nothing. Please guide when will situation improve. I am exploring foreign options also now. But 2 times I have returned from USA/Canada also in the past.
Plz guide.
