can i anybody tell me about my career will i be able to clear civil services .

yes you will clear before mercury AD ends in venus MD , i.e by or before 5-4-2020..

Can you tell me which service will it be ex.-Ias,ifs,ips etc

your 5th -10th lords are having connection in D10 only.so IAS Is not a possible entry.In -d9-d10 Venus having connection with martian sign scorpio.In rasi chart she is in her own libra.so law and order like IPS/IFS is on chords.mostly IPS.

Let's see one by one-
1) 6th house lord in 3rd house- Mars in leo and Atmyakarak. Mars but not give good results for Gemini ascendant.
2) Mercury and Sun in 6th - Chance of Government job
3) Lord of 9th in 10th - Saturn, but weak in Pisces.
4) Lord of 10th and 7th in 7th- Jupiter. Lord of D-10 10th house in 2nd and exalted- Jupiter. Jupiter is also Atmakarak. Very good progress in profession. This will be your key planet. Education or Finance are two strong vocational areas for success.
5) 12th lord in 7th house - Venus. Strong foreign connection. Stay in foreign as well.

It strongly inclined towards Jupiter as deciding factor for profession.

How was Venus-Jupiter dasha from 10/11 to 10/14?

Higher post is indeed possible. Government job is strongly favorable but Mars is somewhat not fitting into equation even being the Atmyakarak.
