Career choice is good. Mercury position is making him judgmental so he has to work on his soft skills(even with exalted but in 6th with small degree). Current dasha of Jupiter should lay good foundation for future. At age 26, during Jupiter- Rahu dasha he may be going outside on assignment if not already (relationship between 7th,9th and 12th house) i.e change of place.
