Career going nowhere-feeling lost

I don't know what's happening with me. I used to be a much livelier person with lots of activity happening and people around. I've lost all my motivation to do anything. Everytime I start any activity, I'm energized for a bit and then after a few days lose all the momentum and interest I had. It's really wierd.
Earlier I used to think it was due to saturn return transit, later i thought maybe its coz of my kemdrum dosh, then I thought it is due to venus md and merc ad. But lately I've realised that I've always felt like a loner and loser all my life, I can't place blame to the planets, star and moon for this.
Even when I did achieve anything even the good feeling didn't last long and the need to again prove myself took it's place. It's the feeling of always being dissatisfied about who you are, what you've achieved and comparison to others that all of us do.
I think that human beings are amazing. Mankind has done some fascinating things to be where we are. The technology, the leaps that science takes every few years, eradicating of diseases and basically alleviating the human existence from where were a 100 years ago.
But I'm in a state of mind where I feel the air I'm breathing is the poison that's keeping me alive, which is the real punishment. The constant struggle to be somebody, to live up your family or even society. To conform to society and their aggregate values, if you challenge it or choose to live a different life after realization, you are mocked and/or ostracized. I don't know what I'm trying to ask with this post but I'm just lost in my life and career.

Quit job in 2016 and currently not interested in marriage.. never married.
