Need urgent help and guidance

I have done Ultrasonography on 31st December 2018. Dr. said "its 5 weeks but no fetal pole and yolk sac has yet been appeared. Have to do ultrasonography again on 15th January 2019 unless if something bad (like bleeding) is happened by that time. If something bad is happened that means it is miscarriage and it can be a diseases"

Dear, I had a missed abortion on December, 2017. I cant even think to lose this baby. I cant bear pain anymore.

Please help me and show me some light.
