More than 18 months- No income

Dear learned members,
Had posted my query earlier but it somehow got buried without any satisfactory response. I have been affiliated with an organisation and am working from home since past 18 months. While I started, my pay structure was not formally decided. Now, the business has been growing fairly good. But I have not drawn any revenue (salary or profit sharing) from the organisation. Is it my Sada Sati period that is causing the delay ?

If given a choice what should I opt for: Salary or profit sharing?
Also, should I push them to freeze the revenue model or waiting for them to take a call will work in my favour ?

Please guide me.
