Dear learned members,
I am unable to feel at ease and belonged at workplace. I competed my MBA this year with the 'Best Student' title.. I got hired at campus (19th April 2018) and after joining the company (20th August 2018) i learnt that it was illegitimate and work environment was not ideal, so came back home. Followed by another setback - 10th oct 2018- i left that very soon as well. Now I am working at a consultancy (DOJ - 3rd dec 2018) - here i don't feel belonged as well. I feel that my skills are getting blocked, and creativity has taken a backseat at these places. I'm planning to leave this since I feel very stagnated. I'm unable to understand what I should pursue and should i reconsider my career paths now? Please guide me through this.
