why is venus transit through 7th house considered bad?

If Venus is in the 7th house in Libra in a birth chart, for example, it's considered a PMRY. So then why is its transit through the 7th house considered "bad?"

Asking as Venus begins its long stay in Libra this season.

Placements and transits have different rules. For example moon transit to 3rd, 6th, 11th, 9th, 10th etc are good but placement in kendra or kona is considered the best in natal chart. Same for sun and many other planets.

venus is karaka for 12th house matters.In natural zodiac,when she is transiting the 7th means a lot.karakas transit in karaka house is bad.such libra sign is 8th from 12th and 6th from libra itself.Both are peeda houses for 7th-2nd-12 significations like wife/sex/spiritual matters,pilgrimages.From the 2nd house of taurus such libra transit also mars the issues of family,wealth,etc.so bcz of these reasons venus in libra[7th house]transit said to be negitive/bad..

Just reminding that Jupiter is the Kāraka for 5th house. So, Jupiter's transit to the 5th is generally considered good isn't it?

Then Saturn transit through 10th house is considered good as well ?
