Based on the verbal information given by my mother, my time of birth is 13.30 on 31.12.1989. However, as I recognised that the ascendant is changed only 6 minutes after, I would like ratify my time of birth.
My birth details are as follows:
Date of Birth: 31.12.1989
Place of Birth: Nicosia, CYPRUS
Some major events in my life:
1. Moved to England from Cyprus for educational purposes in September 2006 and lived in England until September 2011 for the same purposes.
2. Moved to Turkey from Englad in October 2011 for work purposes and still living in Turkey since then.
3. September 2011 - lost of grandmother (dad's mother)
4. 16.11.2016 - lost of grandfather (dad's father)
5. started a new job in 02.07.2012 and still working in the same office.
6. broke up with my boyfriend in December 2016.
7. I received a marriage proposal in April 2017 but rejected this proposal
8. Admitted to the Bar of Istanbul in December 2017. (I am a lawyer)
9. Promoted at work in February 2018.

Hi Lex, could you please advise how can I assure the exact time? as per my current chart based on the time information given by my mom, I am aries ascendant. However, in case there is inaccuracy, e.g. in case I born at 13.37, my assendant will be taurus. accordingly, the rest of the chart will have a big difference.
Based on my personal experience, the relation between my brother and I is not very close though we have not a major a problem. On the otherhand, I have very good relations with my mom. Hence, I am wondering whether Ketu is placed in my 3rd house instead of 4th. On the otherhand, jupiter in 2nd house (instead of 3rd house) might be a better indication of my proffession as a lawyer?
