Lord of 10th house Venus in Own house and still no job and no relationship at 34. Is Vedic astrology all wrong ?

HOW can someone who has 10th lord Venus in Own house still have no job at 34 ?
Guys this guy was born 7th June 1984 at 12 30 am in Chieti Italy.
He has been looking for a job for the past 10 years and he still cannot find one. He is terriblt depressed.
He is also still single.
HOW can it all be possibile ? Is Vedic astrology all wrong then ????
I understand he has Rahu in the 10th house but even Donald Trump has Rahu in 10 th house and this guy has 10th lord in Taurus in Own House so he should have found both job and married by this time.
He is a friend of mine and he is desperate because he cannot find a job.
He is having venus antardasha which will last only until march 2019 and he lives at home all depressed. Nobody wants to offer him a job.
He just plays music at parties and they give him very little money for that.
HOW can someone who' s 10th lord i in Own house be so desperate ?
It makes absolutely NO SENSE.
How can this be possibile someone please explain.
I am starting to doubt vedic astrology this makes no sense.

Look i know vedic astrology otherwise i wouldnt even be here. BUT THIS GUY SITUATION is really really bad. He has no job he is totally depressed he has NEVER had a relationship in his whole life.
AND i ve asked his mother for his exact birth time and she confirms he was born 7 june 1984 in chieti italy at 12 30 am. So he has Venus lord of 10th in Taurus own house.
I know he is having venus antardasha but he still has no job in sight and no relationships.
It' s ABSURD.

For 12.30 am (0.30hrs) of 7th June 1984, Lagna is Makara and Venus in the 5th. Pl confirm if it is 12-30 pm when Lagna becomes Leo. Sorry if my reading of time is wrong.

Look joyd don' t know know where are you from but i have EVERY right to use my mind and reason and doubt ANYTHING i want in my life.
I wasn' t offensive towarsa anyone i just said it is very very weird that this guy hasn' found a job nor a woman even tough he has venus in own house lord of 10 in 10th house.
I am starting to question if the birth time is right it cannot be.
I will let you know if somethinf new happens in his life but i sincerely doubt it knowing him.

Okay birth time is right. 12 30 am . Maybe it' s the fact that he has a weak Sun aspected by Ketu and a weak Ascedant that ruins the chart...... I don' t know but really 10th lord in own house and never ever had a job it's really weird to me.

Here is my say on this.
Based on the birth details provided, He is capricorn lagna with exalted and retrograde lagnesh (Sa) siting in 10th house with arch enemy Mars (retrograde).
10L is in 5th house and is under paap kartari yoga (sandwiched between Sun and Rahu). Also, 10L (Ve) is 2 degree away (basically combust) so being in own sign is not helping it.
If we actually look at bhav-chalit chart, we have Ke in 10th house (instead of 11th) that is actually demoralizing the aspects of getting job.


From relationship aspect, 7th lord (moon) in 8th is actually not a good sign for relationships.
Sa aspect on 7th may delay relationships and may bring in older spouse/partner.

He is undergoing Rahu MD and Ketu AD till Jan 2020.
I am hopeful that Venus AD in Jan 2020 will provide break in professional front and relationships.
Doing Venus remedies (wearing Opal/Diamond etc) may strengthen Venus and help much needed push on both the affected fronts.

vv-you are 50% correct reg job Issue.The remaining 50% Clues lies in D10/D1 /D24/D30/D3/D27 charts.i am concentrating on his job matters first.so i dont like to comment on relationship issue at present..

In D1-
LL & 10TH lords are in 6-8 positions./10th lord in 8th fro the 10th house/saturn in libra gives pain to native[pain due to job less or relationship or due to some other reasons,etc,]/6th lord of services and subordination in 12th from his 6th house/saturn in 10th itself is a strong indication of jobless /Lord of secondary profession moon in 8th house from lagna/several planets in a venusian house given the talent of music play/sun in 5th burnt away the luck factors ../saturn from libra aspecting the secondary house of profession also responsible occasional[not frequent] music party offers..

The remaining divisional charts will be discussed later..
