Would I get divorced?

I married in 2015. In October 2016, I gave birth to my first baby. In 2017 (before my second wedding anniversary) I found that my husband was cheating on me. I tried to save my marriage but my husband and inlaws accused me and made it impossible to associate them. I soon found that my husband has flown to another country with his mistress. i found solid evidence on cheating and filed my divorce case because I felt reconciliation is impossible afterwards. Closer to my babys 2nd birthday he started messaging me. Not too much but a little just saying that he misses us. He doesn’t make effort to say sorry or to even ask whether we can make the marriage work. I also found that he is still playful and attempts to reconnect with his past loves. My heart aches for my baby and I still do love him. When i consulted Sri Lankan astrologer they said that because of my baby and also because of my placement of Jupiter, I will finalize my divorce. They also said that my husbands chart indicated separation through legal means and he is of no good character. They also said that my baby would be separated from her father. Please shed some light. I truly appreciate.

I casted the chart assuming your top was correct .lagna is cancer .jup sixth lord is in 7th house .sat aspects moon and it is with sun .sat aspects Venus in navamsa .jup as 6th lord in seventh so happiness from marriage gone and also due to sat aspecting cup moon Venus .marraige occurred during mercury antardasa and it is related to jup in navamsa and as jup is sixth lord so break in marriage .at present running Venus antardasa from 2017 oct so chances of divorce seen in the present antardasa it seems you are adamant interested in arts music etc

Vedam has already made observations on your chart, I have only one thing to add and that is applicable to both yours as well as your husband's chart. Saturn the 07th lord is combust and also placed in enemy sign.

Additionally, your husband's chart also has a strong Mangal Dosha as Mars is placed in the 08th house. There's a very strong likelihood of divorce.
