Legally, you have to challenge till the last course of available Legal tactics exhausted... This holds good, if the allegation is Fraud, and you have all necessary evidences to defend in the court.
I also see from your reasoning, stay with him ( them) and file and challenge them in the court ? Right ?
Court verdicts are not on fast track mode... mentally you will be strained to prepare for a long battle in the court, and don't forget... what is your plan going forward to live with him or leave him
