venus initiates a relationship but Mars makes it practical.venus is planing and mars is action in female chart.your Mars is in debilitation in rasi.so no practical force.venus under debilitation in navamsa chart.Hence no planing too.so making a love relationship is difficult.You have to stick to traditional relationships only.
