Fifth lord jupiter is placed in 12th, Saturn and mars aspect the fifth house and
moon, the planet which makes a woman a mother is placed in sixth house as
atmakaraka. These are few reasons for the delay.
If you don't mistake me, since you are 35 plus, you may adopt a child and at the
same time try to conceive. Being with a child, you will be mentally relaxed, which
would psychologically place you in a better position for medical assistance and thus
conceive.

Ansha-both your charts showing and confirming a long delay of 8 years in getting progeny.My advise is avoid medical procedures.Wait patiently till the delay period is over. you will conceive in natural way.
