Your Sister has Ketu in the 10th house which causes a lot of dissatisfaction or discontent as far as career is concerned. Her 10th lord is also retrograde and the karaka of the 10th houses are not well placed either. It just depends on what career or job she is doing ? You need to provide more information on what she is doing or what she wants to do...
