Debilitated Mars, Combust Venus makes me worry

I think for a planet to be in combust state is better than that to be in debilitated state since combustion does not destroy inner qualities of the planet still.
If debilitation has neechabhanga in several ways, then that could be even good but otherwise not.

Can you elaborate. What is the impact of combusted planet? Dies it mean it’s so weak that cannot give results owner by planet? Debilitated planet is weak but negative as well? Can you help understand how combustion of Venus in 8th works ?
