Loss of job and changes in career

Respected Sir/ Madam
My date of birth is 22/12/1972.
Time of birth is 00:05 Hrs.( I.e. 12:05 AM, midnight after 21st December).
Place of Birth : in between K.R. Nagar and K.R. Pet. Almost Mysore district.

I am now serving as an Associate Professor in one of the reputed Engineering Institute ( deemed University). There is lot of pressure that I should register for PhD but I am least interested in persuing PhD, due to my personal family problems.
Right now I am running in ketu dasha.
I fear loss of job in a couple of years. The salary my colleagues and myself serving under management category have found no appreciable hikes from past 5 years.But those under Govt service are getting regular hikes is DA , and other benefits.
I also fear during my Ketu dasha, I may also incurr loss of job.
Please somebody guide me by predicting do I lose my job in next couple of years and Also whether can I start something of my own like establish my own Farm and How will be my financial growth is coming years .

Please somebody guide me , I am too much worried about my future.
