Dear Astrologers,
I've read that parivartana between kendra, trikona, 2 and 11 lords is good. What can we infer if the the 2 and 10 lords are in parivartana?
Lets say, moon in Scorpio and mars in cancer. In such a case, both are debilitated but due to sign exchange they become powerful.

Any suggestions on such a yoga..
