Req for help on Saturn as Vargottama in Leo

Dear Learned Gurus,

I am Cancer Asc with Jupiter exalted at 13 Cn 24 on Pushyami Nakshatra - 4p in Asc in D1 whose lord is Saturn

I have Sat + Rahu conjuction in 2nd house of Leo in D1

I have Sat + Sun conjunction in 10th house of Leo in D9 with Scorpio Asc

Now this makes Saturn as my vargottama

Being Saturn is functional Malefic, will this be good or bad for me?

Could you please help on this?
