Also, in lagna chart, 7th lord exalted in 3rd house and lagna Lord in 2nd house. This is a 2/12 relationship.
Also, in Navamasha chart, when read individually. 7th Lord exalted in 2nd and lagna Lord in 3rd(which is Vargottam). This, again is 2/12

Marriage will surely take place preferably after June 2019 and 2020. And it may be love or intercaste marriage.
Don't worry about the delay. The delay which was meant to happen has already happened. You can't do anything about that.

@vedicmaths, there is one thing I would like to add to the point of failed relationship. Single sided like from my side doesn't count. If it does, then yes, it happened, not during Rahu period but just a few months back this year.

My chart was shown to a noted astrologer and below is what was conveyed.
In Lagna chart, 7th lord Shani (Marriage and spouse) is well placed in 3rd. Lagna lord Surya is in weak 2nd with 1/12 position with Shani. Due to this marriage delay, loss of alliances, spouse and no marriage. Again 2nd lord Budha is in exchange with 1st lord Surya and in 1/12 position. This creates a catch-22 situation, between you and your homely life. Budha being 11th lord in 1st, may end up marrying an older spouse or divorcee. Shani as 7th in 3rd, you are looking for a platonic and friendly married life. Shani being 6th lord also, creates confusion and misunderstandings in married life.
There is marriage but with problems of separation.

Just a little question.
Why, does it happen, that people I like, don't like me back. It happened in 2008, and it happened again in 2018 just sometime back. Is it because of debilitated Venus.?
Learned astrologers by looking at my chart said a love marriage. But, actually taking two hits, doesn't leave much hope for future, because I guess, I know what love is, we all know what love is.

Another Rejection...
Met someone through matrimonial portal. We talked for around 45 minutes.
I said, "We should to talk more before we take a final call and if it's a no, we should do it gracefully without hurting each other's family (yes mine has been hurt many times in past)"
Reply, "We can only meet two times and we have met once. (It ended up as a no)"
Should I take a long term break from all this?

1.) Liked two girls in my life, they never liked me.
2.) Met 3 girls through matrimonial portal. Two rejected me, the third, things went good but kundli mismatch, both mine and her. Needless, to say, it also ended.
3.) Sent request to 20+ profiles through matrimonial portal, all were rejected (looks do matter and mine are not that great, below average I would say)

Chart has normal placement of planets. But Dwadasamsa has 7 planets in inauspicious divisions including lagna-all in Ahi and yama. Luckily, Mars and Jupiter are out of it indicating scope for remedies. Lagna,5th & UL lord and badaka Mars are associated with Ketu. Venus gets neecha bhanga. Gulika in 9th getting aspected by Mars and Ketu. Rahu with Moon. High degree of mother's curse,bad karma from mother's side. Ganesh worship can help you. Incidentally , UL Lord Jupiter who is dara karaka also is in Heramba sashtiyamsa. So worship Heramba Ganapathy. Get daily blessings from your mother. Visit some oldage home and choose an elderly mother for doing service. Do this throughout your life and that is your life's purpose as Jagannath drekkana reveals.
