Dear Sirs,
My husband has studied Diploma in hotel management or simply say catering job.
He was in that field for some 3 years and then changed his field to logistics like driving and half owner of some corporate travel.
He was also into real estate business for some years.
I have done Ph.D. in Chemistry and was working in Pune. So after marriage he also came with me to Pune and worked for a small paper corrugation unit. Because I am having Sade Sati (I have viruchigam) and lost job last year. Now again we are going to Chennai as our native is Chennai. My husband is telling he is going to start a small hotel business. Will he shine in hotel industry or real estate? Or which is suitable field for him? His companionship in Chennai is not good. That’s why I am worried and always wanted to stay away from native.
Pls. give your valuable suggestion for my husband future.

It will be difficult for your husband to find success in doing his own business. Even though 7th house lord is mercury and saturn is situated there, his 3rd house lord (of own efforts) is venus- which is in 11th house. Also, I don't see any indication of success in Hotel business. He could do some job IN the Hospitality Industry, or he could work for someone else doing Real Estate. But his Own business will not be either.
His mercury is with sun spaced far enough apart that he has great speech and communication abilities. His 5th house is being aspected by venus and his 5th lord is conjunct with mars and jupiter. So, he will have most likely fallen in love prior to marriage OR your's would be a love marriage.
His 11th lord is saturn; so he will certainly come into some wealth in his mid- late thirties. But he is most likely to be successful working for someone else, doing some kind of routine job. In fact, even being involved in Politics will bring him success- although his nature may not allow that. Own Business will not bring him success.

He was fallen in love (kind of) prior to marriage. but ours is an arranged marriage.
Based on his character, I would say he don't want to work under anybody or don't want to work at all. Don't know why?

Hi ...what is the status now.
It's a very old thread... having said that what are main indication of hotel line/business.
Of very little I know it's primarily Venus and sign Taurus.
The chart of man has an exceptional d10 with moon venue in exaualtation and own sign respectively with mercury there too in Taurus sign 1st house.
Would be interesting to know what eventually happened and what really do rules hotel business.
Members do shed some light.
