Career Advice

Dear admins,
I had already posted a question regarding my career but the time of birth I had given was not correct. I hereby again state my details . Please do give your suggestions.

DOB - 7th October, 1994
TOB - 10:32 am
POB - Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India - 751001

My questions are :
1. I am thinking of changing my career direction from pursuing a Ph.D. in wildlife biology to pursuing a job. Certain circumstances have made me to think to change my career direction. Please give your suggestions on this change in thinking and its karmic effects.
2. With time, I have realised that I want to make a career in Teaching i.e. Teacher, lecturer, or Asst. Professor. I know I will be a good teacher. Since there are very few vacancies coming out I have thought of going for other govt. job entrances such as SSC, Railway ,etc . Please do suggest how fruitful will be the pursuit and should I stick with my desire for teaching?
3. Please do give a time range when my job pursuits will be fruitful i.e. the best time to seek for a job.
