sat in libra conjunct ve mo both related with eyes light ok
10l mars in virgo in 3h success through self efforts
in d9 mars in venus sign with me n mo
ve me both business
current dasha also support business
sat in libra usually gives job in big mncs but due to lots of travel and work load he might go for own business
he must be earning well in job too
every business take sometime to establish
in coming year rahu ketu change its sign to gemini n saggitarius where mercury come in contact will create problem saturn already there
he can earn good in business but in start some struggle will be there so i suggested to continue job n start business so that he may not suffer financially

I dont have any issues with my Job as Sales manager in a Big MNC (IT industry) but i am interested in doing my own business. I cant do both as there is not enough time and wont be able to focus on Both.
Conjunction of Moon,Venus,Saturn in Libra in 4th house is a good combination for business.
