Jupiter Mahadasha started - what to expect

I have a question regarding my Jupiter Mahadasha which started last year. My birth details are 23 May 1992, Hyderabad, India. My Rahu Mahadasha was a very stressful period where I had lot of tension about career. However, it ended well with me completing my professional degree. My happiness lasted for sixth months after which started my Jupiter Mahadasha with increased amount of stress and tension. My health has deteriorated and is very weak, all my friends have moved away and I have not seen my long distance boyfriend in 1.5 years. His studies and finances are badly affected and he's removed from college. All this has created huge mental stress. Jupiter is the Lord of 5th and 8th and is placed in Lagna. I had great expectations in his time period but it seems to be worse than Rahu Mahadasha. Please advice

You have a good Jupiter placed on the ascendant is favorable for knowledge and learning.
Current planetary influences are not favorable which could affect your job, parents, home and chances for relocation.
There will be improvement after couple of months but emotional relationships can face some delay and hurdles.

I had one more question please. I read that 8th lord placed in Lagna is not a very good placement. Further, I have Mars in my eighth house. I have had severe body pains and bone pains in the last two months and had severe vitamin D and B12 deficiencies. I'm constantly worried that I'll catch some deadly disease and die especially disease of the nervous system. Please help

No such serous illness in the chart.8th lord in lagna is good for longivity. worship surya to get rid off from your vitamin deficiency and eat twice the leafy vegetable called Roselle[Red Stemd Gongura] and Green stemd gongura pickle or dal alternately in your lunch. that is very easily available in your area.

@karthik1984 - Feb 2017 was the time when my stress started. I believe it coincided with the start of my Sade Sati. It has been a stressful time since then
