I'm learning astrology, have some doubts which I'm hoping you could clarify
1. Is Navamsa chart to see about one's spouse? Because somewhere I also read that Rasi is who you are at birth, Navamsa is who you become after your late 30's or something. So, does this mean that if venus is badly placed in rasi chart and let's say Navamsa it's well placed, then the person suddenly becomes beautiful in their 30's? And I don't quite get how Navamsa shows spouse qualities. Cos, I've seen Navamsa of a woman and the her husband's rasi chart did not rally to the things Navamsa of the woman showed.
2. Do we see planet placement and houses in Navamsa? Sp, we don't look at aspects right? Cos that's for the rasi chart?

Suddenly D-9 can't be your Rasi. The notion that Navamsa becomes later part of one's life or after 30's is illogical! D-1 tells everything about a person.
Navamsa & other divisional charts are to read same as D-1. I know it seems like not a sensible consideration, but experience would definitely tell you that you should consider aspects, conjunctions, EXALTATION & DEBILITATION (Avastha) in divisional charts.

But I heard that a benefic in 5th house in Navamsa will make one spouse look beautiful. But i won't go with this dictum (since i don't know the logic). I see 8th house in rasi for this since 7th represents spouse from there we could ascertain everything, like Spouse's family from 2nd from 7th house & also looks too!
7th house in Navamsa will speak about everything related to Spouse.

Nora 2nd from 1st is 2nd from Ascendant, it means Ascendant has a COUNT number 1 then from there 2nd i.e., 2nd house represents speech & looks of a person. If 7th represents Spouse from there 2nd is 8th (Spouse looks) not 9th. From 7th 1st is 7th itself (inclusion) & 2nd is 8th, it means count started from 7th.

Hey Nora Just saw your chart. We have same Grahas in Ascendant except for Mercury.

As this is divisional chart section. Moon is the Lord of 64th Navamsa from Moon himself (in simple 4th lord from Navamsa Moon). So, you've to take care of your health in this present Moon dasa.

Thanks for the analysis. My education wasn't that great. Did graduation through correspondence course cos of family circumstances. And started working when I was 20 to pay off some family debts.
I've been having stress and anxiety since teenagehood but been predominant since last 2 years, especially last Feb was real bad. Gotta strengthen my moon. Thanks!
SS can you please look into my Guru's chart? She teaches yoga and meditation and gives satsangs on spiritual subjects. She unites people from all faiths and backgrounds.extremely spiritual and knows the scriptures of all religions. My question is will her career be in this in the future? Cos she has excellent education (PhD in some health related subject) and I'd like to know if she'll keep teaching us spirituality or move on to pursue something in other fields? Also, she is severely asthmatic so had to cancel classes but will resume this week.
What can you predict from the chart? Can you also have a look at her Navamsa?
Can you tell something about my and her destiny point (brighu bindu)?

So, I'm sorry. I can't deduce anything logically! About BB I've to workout a lot
Remember Nora Ji, Jupiter placement anywhere is a positive to a person because of his Saatvik quality & beneficial nature.
In your Guru's chart even though materialistic Raahu is conjunct with Jupiter. Some positives will be there. Jupiter in 9th is indeed a blessing! & that it is in own house! Lagna Lord in 12th house of losses. A general sign for Meditation! Isolation e.t.c.
As I already said, you'll have obstacles in education because your 5th lord of undergrad is going to 10th house. And guess what she knows scriptures and mystical meaning of all the religions, which I think is attributed to Rahu. She also dislikes people discriminating one another based on their religion or background. This too is Rahu's broadmindedness I feel. Because, if only Jupiter is exalted and in own sign then she'd probably be preaching only her own faith in which she was born into which isn't the case here. So, that out of the box unconventional thinking is Rahu.
Anyways, I'm just a novice astrologer, I hope my analysis is correct
Regarding my situation yes I pray a lot nowadays. Visiting temples too....I wasn't like this a few years ago but I can see a spiritual evolution. Let's hope I reach the peak someday!

Rahu isn't bad if he is tamed. That's what I think. In this case, he has amplified Guru's attributes in Guru's own house and in 9th bhava.
So that could the reason for immense spirituality ?
