Hello,

i am very thankful if i could get value inputs from learned ones. what is exact birth time of the native, its not matching events with real life...
Male - 27th June 1999 at 13:45hrs or 1.45pm - Guntur - A.P. - Birth Star - Jestha(As per Hospital noted)
As Astrologer (near by our house) was predicted he will well in studies from 2017 onwards as sade sathi released.
But reality is
He has just completed ECE 2nd year..Back lags 5 subjects. instead of studies he is very much fond of living in Luxurious houses,cars,star Hotels and travel to Abroad (over all he would like to lead a luxurious life)...No other talents...yes by using sharp words hurting his parents..as they can't able to fulfill his desires. :?
what is correct time of birth? will he completed all subjects in 4 years or one more year to be needed? or not?
or discontinue his Engineering studies do any Mechanic course like Car or Bike ?
is there any chances to settle in the life if in which age?

The chart for the given date and time does indicate a poor inclination to study.

Three planets are generally considered for education. Jupiter for Knowledge, Moon for concentration and memory and Mercury for intelligence. In the chart, Moon is in debilitation (though the watery house might endow a good memory powers). Mercury is in the house of Moon and in the nakshatra of Saturn which is in deep debilitation. Jupiter is placed in a friend’s house and with average strength but is with a debilitated Saturn, in Ketu’s nakshatra. He is also the lord of the 3rd house of struggles and the 6th house of Roga.

Saturn is the 5th lord and is in deep debilitation. The fifth house has no aspects. Current dasa lord Venus is in the 6th from the 5th house. In the Siddhamsa (D-24), the 5th house is occupied by an exalted Venus with no other planet aspecting it. Normally an association of technical planets like Saturn, Mars, Ketu and Rahu are needed for subjects like ECE.

Additionally, the chart shows an afflicted Lagna. Dasa lord Venus is the lagna and 8th lord as well. Venus also occupies the Sarpa Drekkana along with Rahu. He is also the lord of the 22nd Drekkana and the lord of the 64th Navamsa from Moon. Health could be an issue after mid October if the time of birth is correct. He should also take care while driving.

Among the native’s ancestors, was there someone else who was equally fond of luxuries? This query is out of curiosity since I noticed Venus (representing Kama among the six arishtas) in the 8th house of Trimsamsa.

Finally, a single event indicated by an astrologer not occurring is no cause to doubt the birth time. Major events in the native’s life are to be analyzed. The description given by you does match the native with the current data.

tylorechandra Ji...Yes some how i noticed in his sister who is fond of luxuries...
would like to know that is there any positive aspects in his chart...as we are in total confusion towards his attitude...some times he is very short temper ...when i get angry on him he weeps like a child...
Not appearing serious towards studies or about his future or career.
overall we never observed a responsible attitude in him...will he get any realization in future? or feels responsible?
