Going to Quit Job and Bring Case...

Dear Astrogurus,

I have been physically ill, trying to get the proper diagnosis and treatment from doctors but no luck...I am planning on quitting my job as it is a unsafe work enviornment and no security or police etc is provided and am very mentally stressed and boss has not been treating me right..my question is once I quit this job i will be applying for government unemployement benefits which is like a small court case and if it goes in your favor one can get paid while beinh unemployed..please let me know if I can quit my job and apply for the case?

I quit my job with my last date being 1st June 2018...I quit as I was threatned by a customer...I will apply for unemployment benefits hopefully it will be in my favor as this has become a legal issue please someone help me with when I will get a new job?.....

Yes I first took this job in end of January 2015..and had a year long break from december 2016 to december 2017...
