We are having dual opinion over here. According to vedic astrology marriage can happen but kp system denies it. No matter what system we use prediction should be same for a person.
We need to check in depth.

When i see the chart the 7th lord mercury sits with jupiter in close conjunction. Since jupiter itself is darakaraka along with being the asc lord. And as we know asc lord dasha can bring all sorts of events, my thought was jup-jup-mer or jup-jup-ven could be helpful.

7th house has ma in nidra avastha and moon Lord of 9th 2nd and 5th ok for time being. 7thL Me in 6th acting as ketu with Ju having effect of rahu and with sun lord of same house...not good and same with Ju being the karak of husband and since sa is retrogade has his drishti on 7th house and ra drishti on 6th to the karak Ju and lord of 7th. Moon kundali is also not promising considering other factors.UP hav d drishti of sa and ve but its lord has malefic effect ketu. In and around 2012-13 something good must have happened. You may have a big house and she might be having ample of vehicle to drive around. She might have some blood related problems. We see the prospects of marriage denial very much but if there is proposal of marriage and if she get married which might fructify in and around 2022 it might end not very good. Also possibility is the husband will be more in age then her.
Lastly I am not an expert...so don't take the words as it is. You might have to connect with a good astrologer to get the clear cut picture.

I know the native since 2010. What i have seen and know moon and mars have affliction. Mars >moon. 7th lord placed in 6th house is not a problem for what i have seen. Many such placements can be easily found in horoscopes of people married to doctors and lawyers.
If you take kp chart into consideration then satirn does aspect 7th house but in that case 7th lord is in the 5th house. But if you see vedic chart then satirn does not aspect 7th house.

Nothing good or outstanding per say happened in 2012-2013. She does have an okay house and a vehicle to drive.
No blood related problems found till date.

I am very good at predicting divorce and have written a book on venus and marriage upheavels but we all have do much to learn and are here to gain experience.

During the year Nov 2011 to Feb 2014 the native of the chart might have faced problems or very stressed in certain aspects of life .for houses 4th and 5th .with regard to marriage jup in sixth and maleficallly aspecting second house so delayed .marriage will occur between 2020 may to 2021march
