Father in Jail for false case

In April 2017, a female filed a false rape case against my father. Later on we managed to get the call recordings of her asking for money from to take the case back and thot that the case would be sorted as it is a clear case of black mailing. In November 2017, my dad was arrested when he went there to give his statement. We filed a bail application on 24 November, 2017, with the order coming out today 2 December, 2017; and the application was rejected. We are in process to discuss the case with the lawyer for the bail (we have any ways incurred a huge amount of expense). Please help on what remedies can be done and when is it likely that he will be out. My mom is uncontrollable currently, and extremely depressed.

sorry to say this with you but i have to reveal the truth about this case to you openly and frankly too.Normally in such cases family members always support their family member but the planets reveals the actual story behind it.

Horoscope never lies and hides the things.As a son you may be confident that the father jailed on false case by a woman[rape].But after raised your fathers chart,your description perfectly correct one,except that you are saying its a false case.His horoscope given the following clues .

1-moon in 12th with A8-A2[Sex related crime]
2-Mars in 7th[a low or menial class woman],ketu in 2nd,Rahu in 8th.
3-mer-sun conjunction in 4th house of character.
4-saturn-moon both in 8th lords star[sex scandals]
5-jupiter is on moons star.[sex related ]
6-Transit saturn and jupiter aspecting natal ketu.[slight relief/compromisation scope/money loss to native]]
7-Transit ketu touches natal saturn & saturn[lot of tensions].
8-see navamsa,the 8th house[sex scandal]occupied with 3rd lord of neighbours or co-employ.Based on it,his 8th house is under activation between his 56-57 years of age.Moon associated with 6th lor of litigations venus[woman],ketu[menial class or caste] ,the terminator.
9- present saturn transit also affects you financially and mentally. The above clues justifying that,your father will be released from this case after 3 years from now.

Primary reason I say its a false case is because, we have the call recordings of her asking for money.....

Hi, if the time of birth is correct then your father could get relief next month. I am just hoping that he will be released and can be completely free. Saturn is the deciding factor. I can be completely wrong too.

astrog-call recordings are not valid proof.Anyone can mimic the voice.so keep it out aside and your mother will come to normal state after 2 months only.Pacify moon god by offering white items like milk-curd-white clothes-pearl[any one of them only and not all the mentioned items]on 10 -mondays to a middle aged woman[between 35-45 years old].This remedy only for her mental stability and relieving her from this shocking incident.

Hi, Sorry to say that but as per planet combination its doesnot seems to be false case.
Your father is running in Saturn Sadesaati, it will take another 2 years to get some releif and to get the case solved.

There is only one strong remedy to this. Worship Lord Lakshmi Narasimha with abhishekam n every Thursday. Contact any local narasimha temple to d this for you. You will get quick results.

I believe you people should express trust on your father. Otherwise, he may become mentally insane.

I've gone through the chart of your father now and I've to agree with all people who've given their opinion earlier. Shailpa ji is and other members are correct and your mom may have faced the aggressive behavior of your father. Well, life is all about learning our lessons and I hope things will turn out good in the end.
As of now, get the best lawyers and be with your family. They need you most as this case will not end so early.
