Your current dasha is Moon-Jup
Jup is 8L from Lagna placed in 8H. From Moon, Jup is 6L placed in 6H.
Since Jup is making 6/8 axis from both Lagna and Moon (Even in D-10, Moon-Jup are placed in 6/8 axis), I do not think it's right time to start any business like activity.
