The weakness of lagna lord is causing obstructions with job. Current antara of Jupiter could bring improvement with finances.
You need to work with patience in coming months as some challenges in job and health are seen. During second half there is hope for improvement. Good luck.

Just for the academic interest, I've a question:
In his chart Mars is LL placed in 8H in own sign. It is placed in friendly Pisces navamsa.
In Shadbala, Mars's score is 1.6 (highest) and in Vimshopak Bala, the score is 18.4 (again highest).
Then why you considered Mars as weak?
