Sir I forgot to mention that I have completed 15yrs of service and have no chance of promotion.. There are instances at my work place of people having completed 28 yrs of service without promotion and not transferred or transferred within Mumbai. Since you say that transfer would be to a nearby place and there are no nearby places at my work place is it possible that transfer would be within Mumbai.
