This is about my daughter.
DOB 14 Dec 2016, (Date 14 just began).
TOB 00:40 AM EST (-5:00). Longitude 82.19.W, Lattitude 29.39.N
If parents were to divorce, who is going to be more influential parent, i.e. custodial parent of the child. Don't have accurate TOB of parents. I understand many people don't prefer looking at child's chart but this is a special circumstance hence I put forth the question.

Ok, you are saying Kid's father, please select a K.P.Prashna ( Horary) number between 1 and 249, and pose only one query, for me to see through Prashna or Horary chart for analysis. Your question should not be jugglery type, the question and Prashna number chart should be aligned when I analyze the chart

Based on your posts Lex Ji, I know you don't prefer to look at sub-judice matter. This matter hasn't reached courts yet and we are under mutual separation. Thought of clarifying so as not to keep you unaware of things that matters to you!

I have only read the superficial first fabric of astro world, i.e. lords, occupants, exchanges, aspects etc. Not gone into degrees, vargas etc.

Yes, you are right. I am of non-religious nature, I am more like an agnostic. However, I have strong ethical and moral compass. I have been raised with a view that if you live ethically, help others and don't harm innocents, it in itself is a worship. On the other hand, mother is religious but have no real principles or ethics, more like a conveniently religious people who we see in this world that are back to their twisted ways as soon as they step out of their prayer mode.

The word non-religious ,it means you avoid idol pooja-prayer-upasana-reading epics and pilgrimages like things.It means ,you always choose the path of service as your prayer and pooja. But at the same time you are a critic of religious people and that is my real sense in mentioning you as non-religious kind.your reply prooved it in a very better way friend.Wish you all good luck friend..

Obviously, when humans are involved in this type of situation, there is going to be bad blood. Separation decision was mutual but the other party wasn't really happy about it but at the same time was not willing to explore other options to make amends.
Yes,you are right, currently kid is with mother. There was no indication of her willingness to take the kid all along but she flipped at last moment. Could be for money until next situation in her life comes by(not sure, just a logical guess!).

However, as I said, my knowledge and experience is almost non-existent compared to the learned folks here so I apologize in advance for my mistakes in interpretation. Also, being father, analysis bias is unavoidable but I have tried to be objective. In no way, I mean to refute or offend anyone who offered me their views. In fact, I am thankful for both, favorable and unfavorable views.
Overall quick look at the kid's chart clearly indicates mother being the influential parent. However, when we consider the des kaala patra , specifically Patra (subject), I beg to differ. When we consider rashis from lagna chart and planets from Bhava chart. Moon goes to the 9th H. Jupiter is in lagna in Mercury's rashi of Virgo. Jupiter being the enemy of Mercury is bit uncomfortable sitting in the house owned by enemy. Simialrly, Mercury is in 4th house of sign owned by Jupiter. Here also Jupiter is bit uncomfortable because occupant of its house is its enemy. Since, jupiter is in Lagna, I believe it nullifies Kendradhipati Dosha. However, still this doesn't indicate any inclination towards father. Now, when we look at the moon (Karaka of mother). Moon in 9th H shows either mother takes up the fatherly role or father takes up the motherly role. Only sad part is, child probably is bound to loose one of the biological parent in her upbringing. If we consider, moon to be mind, then it shows child will be emotionally attached to the father. 9th lord sitting 9 houses away in 5th house (Bhavat bhavam) which emphasizes role of father. As JoyD ji mentioned, 9th Lord venus in 5th house is under affliction by Saturn. However, Jupiter is aspecting 5th and 9th too from Lagna position which could be saving grace.
Now comes Patra, i.e. subject. When we compare child's parents' characteristics, Father (myself) is more nurturing and motherly than mother. Mother has been very indifferent to the child, I wouldn't say she is like father because in my opinion, a regular average father could do much better than her in terms of nurturing. This ventures into personal stuffs, so I would avoid it but objectively, I have been practically a mother and father to her as long as she was with me. Considering, this in my opinion tilts things in favor of Father. If we consider moon as the mind, even though she was little, I was her preferred choice of parent, she was eager to come to my arms while at the same time very reluctant to go to her mother's. Mother is more of fiery and super-explosive nature (could be like sun/mars). She has mars and jupiter in her 7th H. When my daughter was born, her sun is in Scorpio at 28.34 degrees, so basically away from acute gandanta (as written by Shilpa Ji on this forum). At the time of birth of daughter, mother indeed had life threatening complications. This is just an observations. Also, I very well know things are easy to retro-fit or hindsight is always 20/20.
Nonetheless, my apologies again for the mistakes in my analysis. Also, even if I get the custody of child, I have no intention of depriving my daughter the access to her mother. I truly understand, no matter what the problems between me and my wife, my daughter has every right to have access to her biological mother. Sadly, my wife doesn't share the same ideology!

Sun-Saturn conjunction indicates problems to father from authorities, govt., courts, etc. Sun just coming out of debilitation . Father not very influential in this chart. Its a December birth , sun is weak.
CHild will spend growing up years with mother, close to mother. Courts should grant visiting rights to Dad, but custody goes to mother. Agree with Joyd, Dr Anjana Astro.

Even if your Child custody issue goes into legal tussle, don't worry, I am very confident of my prediction to be successful, why because
1. It is a time chart analysis (Prashna), it is like taking status of blood pressure, finger tip pricking blood glucose test or any blood investigation, or like monitoring all the health vital markers
2. Secondly, in Vedic or Traditional Astrology only our Sages who introduced Jyotisham, they are masters in analysing a chart and thereby correct prediction
3. Prashna or Time chart or Horary of K.P.System, K.P.system can only be practiced only if Traditional Astrology been practiced for a long , includes Nadi system
Now , you wrote that I do not engage in prediction of matters in court which are sub-judiced, I foresee when I had analysed, Custody matter of yours will not get into court.
There are couple of folks with your ex-, who aren't pally with you, giving ill-advised to your ex or brainwash your ex in kid's custody case (?????), let me know, when I was analysing chart, I could feel it.

@ Lex Ji, Thanks for re-corroborating the favorable point of view and strengthening my hope. I have read about Horary of KP system but really haven't delved deeper into it. It has been only couple of months since I started reading astro ever in my life. Based on the way you describe your analysis, I am sure it definitely takes a lot of experience and knowledge over a long period of time, both of which I obviously lack at this point in this specific area and probably will never have as this is not something I actively seek. My reading of articles has also been limited to the context of child/custody only.
Regarding the feedback to your question, I am sure there is someone who is ill-advising her to use daughter as a pawn because all along she showed a behavior that she doesn't want to take daughter and as I said, since kid's birth, I have been more motherly than her while she was kinda indifferent to the kid. So her taking daughter was rather unexpected for me and this points to the fact that she is being ill-advised. She and people around know my existence revolves around kid.

It is unrelated to the query but here are my 2 cents, I respectfully disagree, In my understanding, rashis of planets to be seen from D1 while occupancy of planet in a house is to be seen from bhava chart. As for example, If Sun is in libra in 2nd house in D1 but moves to 3rd house in bhava chart, it is interpreted as Sun is in libra occupying 3rd house.

It is unrelated to the query but here are my 2 cents, I respectfully disagree, In my understanding, rashis of planets to be seen from D1 while occupancy of planet in a house is to be seen from bhava chart. As for example, If Sun is in libra in 2nd house in D1 but moves to 3rd house in bhava chart, it is interpreted as Sun is in libra occupying 3rd house.

I have read somewhere that if 5th lord placed in 7th House in chart may indicate jaatak's children may stay with spouse, could be interpreted in custodial questions. Also, 5th lord in 7th denotes love marriage too so if yours was love marriage then it becomes complicated to interpret.
I do not have charts to verify this but other seniors may chime in regarding it.

Thank you Supernova Ji for reply. Ours was not a love marriage, it was arranged one. I have read it on Quora about what you described from a post of Vivek E Paras.
I do not have my exact BT as was born in a village and funny thing is, when asked to my grandmother once, she says, so and so state transport bus she saw passing by around the same time of my birth and based on its scheduled time, they approximated the time. LOL
The only beautiful thing is I was born on the first night of Navratri and as a kid when I will see people doing Garbaa around, I used to think they are doing this in celebration of my birthday! Nothing can really match the innocence of a child in this world!
I know I can get BT rectification (Lex Ji, Dr. Neeraj and others have been very helpful to the needy folks here) but I already have taken up enough of free resources and advices here and secondly, my main purpose is about my daughter. Although, I have had really interesting life curve so far, I am curious but not much interested in knowing my life except for my daughter.
Anyways, I did the charting with taking various time intervals before and after of my supposed BT, my 7th house remain empty in all permutations and combinations, so your suggestion at least doesn't apply to me.
For my wife, I have fairly accurate time, although not exact. I applied the same strategy and interestingly, for her, 5th Lord Jupiter falls in 7th House. 7th house is co-occupied with Mars. Probably, a reason I could no longer stand her anger fits as Jupiter is magnifying Mars's already aggressive/explosive traits.
I really do hope and pray that this 5th-7th theory turns out to be true. Also, Lex Ji has given favorable point of view and I pray that his analysis comes true.

Thanks for your reply. I do understand that it brings a bright possibility of my daughter being with me. I for sure want the daughter but only daughter and not her (wife).However, as said, she is extremely volatile person and may inflict considerable damage personally and professionally to me. May try to force her way into my apartment and end mutual separation that would delay divorce. One thing is very clear in my mind, it is impossible to cohabit with her. Last option, I have is to give up everything I have achieved so far here and return back!
