Firstly I would like to share my birth details here:
DOB: 17-10-1982. TIME:12:50 PM
PLACE: KOLKATA. SEX: MALE
Capricorn ascendant
10H with Libra having 4 planets:
Sun at 10° - Saturn at 2°41' - Venus at 8˚09'- Jupiter at 23˚34'.
2H : MOON 5'25°. 6H: RAHU 13'43°. 9H: MER 25'25°
12H: MAR 2'57° KET 13'43°
Present Mahadasha- Saturn (May 2017-2036).
LIFE ISSUES:
1.My career of 8 years has been a roller coaster ride.
In these 8 years I switched over 6 companies,not getting satisfaction anywhere. Bosses were against me ,though I used to work hard and systematically.
I admit that I was not tactful but honesty was there.
2. I started my career with a good salary but never have been able to save a single penny. From the last 3 years I am living a very pathetic life.
3. Presently I am preparing for assistant professor exam.
Queries:
1. What are the prospects of my becoming a govt. Asst. professor?
2. Whether I will be become financially independent in coming few years? If yes ,then by which year?
3. What are the possible remedies you will suggest?.
Note:

Sir as you indicated some relationship problem at the end of 2014 ,I will say there was none as such,except that my mother was diagnosed with cancer at the end of jan2015.
She was the very backbone of our lives ,she left us this feb2018.

yes 4th lord mars in satabhisa naksta of rahu can shoe the problems your mother had .Yes it was a tough time .Dont lose hope as 4 planets cojnucted especially sun satun moon cojnjuction is showing the problems

Sir regarding d10 i can say that during the period 2016-2017 career was totally bataiye and chaotic.
In this tonite i switched around 4 mins,each staying only for max 4 months and in addition to that disrespect in the market and among the distributors.
Reg d1 i can say that i cannot concentrate on any one thing for long. Hopping has become a regular thing.

Im really sorry for the previous post which got some huge auto correct mistakes. Plz pardon me for that.
Regarding D10 chart - i can say that between 2016-17 i switched around 4 jobs,each staying only for max 4 months and in addition to that disrespect in the market and among the distributors.
Reg D1 i can say that i cannot concentrate on any one thing for long. Hopping around has become a regular feature. Fickle mindedness ,day dreaming ,over confidence,erotic thoughts are some of the negative traits i hold and carry on.
Sir 1 improvement after listening to hanuman chalisa daily for 3 days is that now i have develop some control over my mind. Now i will do it on regular basis.
Sir few more questions:
1. Will fasting on saturdays or any other day will be of any help?.
2. One astrologer suggested me to go for sun and jupiter shanti paath and asked for rs.16000.?. Is it beneficial ?.
3. Sir regarding horse shoe ring-
Whether it should be a black horse shoe ring ,as its quite rare to find.
4. Whether wearing neelam is going to hurt or do bad to me?.
5. When i will start earning well and in a stable manner?.
