We have been married a while and tried IVF couple times to no avail. Not sure if we have any issues on our planets. Can you please provide if we have issues or if not when we can expect childbirth?

Perform a Shanti for Ketu as well as Rahu and both of you recite Vishnu Sahasranama daily (both Shanti and recital to be done with a sankalpa for progeny). Expect positive results by end of next year.

Please someone explain the issue why it has been so delaying and now worried whether we even get a kid or not.
